What to Expect at the Student Massage Clinic

Q: How much does a student clinic massage cost?2025-10-07T19:59:52-04:00

A: A 60-minute massage with a student costs $45. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, Apple Pay, HSA, FSA, and cash as payment for services.

Q: What happens after the massage session?2024-08-25T12:02:22-04:00

A: After your session, you will be asked to fill out a short evaluation of your massage. Evaluations are important because they give the students valuable feedback on their work.

A: You can request a specific student, but we cannot guarantee placement with that student.

A: Each clinic shift is supervised by an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist.

Q: What if I’m late?2025-10-07T19:57:11-04:00

A: If you are running late for your scheduled session, we can’t guarantee that you will receive the full hour but we’ll do our best. Please call 267-930-7428 or text 445-232-0532 to notify us if you’re running late.  

Q: What is the gratuity etiquette?2025-10-07T20:00:33-04:00

A: It’s not obligatory to tip a student but if you wish to do so, it must be left in CASH ONLY or payment apps may be used such as Venmo, CashApp, etc.

Before You Arrive:

  • Arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in and relax before your massage
  • Let the student know about any sensitivities or past injuries
  • Turn off your phone during the session
  • Stay kind, patient, and communicative — this is a learning environment
