The Professional School of Massage & Bodywork (PSMB) operates a student massage clinic under licensed instructor supervision. In line with Pennsylvania law, massage therapists must be trained in contraindications and hold a state license; while students are in training, our clinic follows strict safety guidelines. Certain services may not be suitable during pregnancy or for clients with specific medical conditions—doctor’s notes may be requested—and we recommend waiting at least six weeks postpartum before booking. Clients must be 14 or older for full-body massage. Anyone under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian’s written consent; for ages 14–15 a parent must remain in the treatment room, and for ages 16–17 they must remain on-site.
