PSMB Enrollment Requirements

Enrollment Action List:
Once your application and $75 application fee are received, the Director of Operations will reach out to you to arrange a phone meeting and/or a video meeting. You will then arrange a tour of the school and you will then be emailed the student catalog and enrollment agreement.

You must be:

  • Physically able to perform massage

  • At least 18 years old

  • Free from communicable diseases

  • Able to speak and comprehend the English language.

To complete your enrollment, you will need to submit:

  • Valid photo ID – driver’s license, state ID, passport, Visa (foreign student).  Forms of ID must be current.

  • Current valid CPR certification required within 60 days in the program. Proof of certification is required

  • Diploma or Transcript from last school attended. A GED is acceptable.

  • Two letters of Reference; One personal and one professional or academic. They can be emailed to dmzadie@philyschoolofmassage.com.

  • A completed Application along with $75.00 application fee.

  • Completed Enrollment Agreement.

  • An initial tuition deposit of $3,000.00- $500 due upon completion of the enrollment agreement to hold a spot in the program.

  • An interview with one of the Directors and a tour of the facility.
